Greetings CPoM members,

A few months back a facebook messenging thread was started to gauge interest in reinvigorating the CPoM blog.  I ran into some unexpected challenges with accessing the administrative side of the blogspot after volunteering to take the reins.  But it seems I have successfully made it into the admin area!  Wooo hooo!

Now, the work begins!  I know a number of you have lots of great information to share and I am reaching out in an attempt to test the links to our fb page!  In addition, I'd love to find out who is interested in contributing material for the page!

Open Meeting January 11th

CPOM will be holding an open meeting on January 11th, at the Ronald McDonald House. RMH is located right across the street from the main entrance to Memorial. The meeting will be held at 11am in the RMH conference room. We will be discussing the upcoming events, CPOM membership, Charity events.....etc.

Everyone is welcome to come, we would love to hear peoples opinions and ideas.

October Club Meeting

The October 12th meeting will be the last official club meeting for 2013.  Please email CPoM with any topics you'd like to be brought up at the meeting.  Bring your lunch, discuss and talk with other parents of multiples!

Ronald McDonald Family Room Donation

With items donated and sold at the Community Yard Sale, leftover items consigned, monetary donations, and food donations, CPoM accomplished another donation for the Ronald McDonald House in 2013.  The donations were very appreciated and will be put to good use! 

The Family Room in Memorial Hospital has had a favorable response, especially for families that live close to the hospital.  These families spend many hours in the hospital and the Family Room gives them a place to shower, rest, wash laundry, watch TV, eat, and take a needed break.  The Family Room, along with all Ronald McDonald Houses, are a community driven cause.  Donations are needed to keep this priceless service available for families who need it. 

CPoM leaders will continue to work with it's members to hopefully be able to give another donation soon!  

Thanks to all those who donated and made this donation possible!

CPoM Community Sale

  We will have a table with items for sale and the profits will go to the Ronald McDonald House of the Coastal Empire.  Also any donations will be given to the Ronald McDonald House.
